LinkedIn is often one of the first places someone will go to understand who you are professionally. But does your profile truly reflect your skills, experience, personality and the value you bring?

Tony will look at how to build an authentic and credible presence on LinkedIn, increase your professional visibility and ensure your digital brand represents not only where you are today, but where you want to go next.

This isn’t about posting for the sake of posting. It’s about understanding how to use LinkedIn strategically and confidently as part of your wider professional identity.

2.45pm – 3.30pm | Identity in Action with Sarah Howson & Marianne Whitlock

Your personal brand goes far beyond LinkedIn. It’s how you show up, how you communicate, the relationships you build, the trust you create and, ultimately, what people say about you when you’re not in the room.

In this interactive final session, Sarah and Marianne will bring the afternoon’s learning together and turn it into action.

Drawing on the Strategic EA Compass, they’ll look at the different elements that shape your professional identity, from self-awareness and communication to visibility, influence, credibility and strategic impact.

You’ll be encouraged to think about some important questions: How are you perceived today? How do you want to be perceived? What do you want to be known for? And does the way you currently show up support where you want your career to go?
