Running your own VA business can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with its own unique set of challenges. This interactive session is your opportunity to open up about what you’re facing, learn from others who understand, and leave with practical, actionable strategies.

We’ll dive into key topics such as:
- Pricing strategies and communicating your value
- Setting and maintaining healthy client boundaries
- Managing client relationships and communication effectively
- Tackling mindset challenges that hold us back

It’s all about honest conversations, peer-to-peer learning, and real solutions that you can apply straight away.

Event Format:

• 9:00am to 12:00pm– Arrivals and morning co-working

• 12:00 to 1:00pm – L&D session

• 1:00 to 2:00pm – Lunch (Orega offers fantastic kitchen areas where you can prepare your own lunch. Alternatively, there’s an on-site canteen with barista coffee, fresh sandwiches, and delicious cakes, so you can grab a bite while you work!)

• 2:00 to 5:00pm – Afternoon co-working
