Laura & Liz – Founders of Create Your Happy
Laura and Liz founded Create Your Happy in early 2021, born from their shared desire to carve out time for creativity and make beautiful, practical things through craft. What started as an online lockdown project has since flourished into in-person workshops across Buckinghamshire and beyond, along with craft kits for those who prefer to create from home.
Today, they run public workshops in venues around High Wycombe and also design bespoke creative sessions for businesses, community groups and private events. Both experienced facilitators, Laura and Liz are passionate about enhancing wellbeing through creativity, helping people slow down, connect and discover the joy of making something by hand.
Whether it’s workplace wellbeing and team building, community gatherings, celebrations, or fundraising events, Create Your Happy offers a wide range of flexible, accessible workshops. No prior experience is needed - just the willingness to have fun, learn a new skill and enjoy a mindful creative break.
