The Strategic PA Network Learning and Development Summit 2026 is a professional development experience (with the option of an overnight delegate package or a day delegate package) carefully designed for professional administrators, including PAs, EAs, and VAs.

Opening Speaker - Lucy Brazier OBE

Lucy Brazier, OBE is one of the world’s leading authorities on the administrative profession. Author of ‘The Modern-Day Assistant: Build Your Influence and Boost Your Potential’, she is the CEO of Marcham Publishing, a global force synonymous with world-class conferences and training, including Executive Support LIVE and Modern-Day Assistant, and home of Executive Support Magazine, the gold standard of training in print for administrative professionals.

Lucy is passionate about ensuring the Assistant role is truly recognised as a career and not just a job and is dedicated to supporting the development of both senior and aspiring administrative professionals. She has keynoted at almost every major conference for Assistants in the world and has a unique overview of the role and where it is heading.

Tylney Hall

Tylney Hall in Hook, Hampshire, is a luxurious Grade II listed Victorian mansion set in 66 acres of restored gardens and parkland, operating as a high-end hotel since 1985. Originally built in the 1700s, the current mansion was remodeled in 1898 and has served as a WWI hospital and a school (1948-1984) before becoming part of Elite Hotels. 

Key Historical & Architectural Features

  • Origins: While a mansion existed on the site since 1561, the first notable Hall was built around 1700 by Frederick Tylney.
  • The Current Mansion: Purchased by Sir Lionel Phillips in 1898, the mansion was remodeled to its present form, including features like the Italian Lounge ceiling imported from Florence.
  • Garden Design: The grounds feature historical, award-winning gardens designed by Gertrude Jekyll, including a unique water garden and a long, tree-lined vista.
  • Wartime Use: During WWI, it was a hospital, and in WWII, it served as the headquarters for the Clan Line Steamers.
