I’m a communication strategist, coach, and mentor with 15 years of experience helping organisations optimise human-to-human interfaces through collective intelligence, so that people don’t just communicate more, but better. With more trust. More clarity. More humanity.
I bring structure and clarity but also warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the often-invisible emotional labor that support professionals carry.
Everything I do in my role comes back to one thing: creating the conditions for leaders to think clearly, make better decisions, and lead effectively.
I've spent over a decade in private equity and asset management learning what actually keeps things moving when the pressure is on. It's knowing what matters today versus what can wait, when to push and when to protect, and the difference between busy and productive, then making sure the person I support stays on the right side of it.
I've done this across multiple executives with very different styles, so I've learned to read people as well as I read a situation. If I say something is handled, it's handled, and the people I work with trust that because it's been true every time.
That trust extends beyond the day-to-day.
I manage offices, coordinate across stakeholders, and keep operations running smoothly through transitions and restructures. I mentor EAs earlier in their careers and I'm actively involved in the EA community, because I think this profession deserves people who take it seriously and invest in the ones coming up behind them.
Outside of all that, I'm a walker, a reader, a gardener with more enthusiasm than skill, and someone who's always halfway through learning something new.
