A TEDx speaker, author, and a former Executive Assistant to Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis for 25 years. She is an American workplace expert who has walked in the shoes of the staff and has written about it in her books Be the Ultimate Assistant and Staff Matters. Bonnie has spoken in 13 countries and at the Wharton School, Harvard, and the British Parliament. Her writing has appeared in Harvard Business Review, and her work was profiled in Forbes. Bonnie is a mother and together with her partner Robert Sanders, a grandmother of 7 beautiful future employees. Bonnie Low-Kramen is the author of the books Be the Ultimate Assistant and Staff Matters. Her work has made her keenly aware that there is far too much going unsaid between leaders and staff, especially in the remote post-pandemic world. Issues are emerging that are slowing staff down, stopping them dead in their tracks, and chasing them away. As a consultant to the World Administrative Summit, Bonnie is proud to be a vocal ally for efforts to end workplace bullying and wage discrimination, as these issues are detrimental to an ultimate workplace. As an integral element of her work, she has had over 1,500 one-on-one conversations with assistants, leaders, HR professionals, and recruiters from all over the world. Bonnie treasures these relationships, as they inform her a 360-degree view of the global workplace. She strives to be a vital resource for all the workplace constituencies.
