She won 5 outperformer of the year speaker awards and was voted speaker who had the most personal impact. By the age of 35, Carole had been Marketing and Acquisitions Director for a UK Plc and was involved in selling the business to a global brand. After years of burning the candle at both ends and navigating her way through breast cancer, she’s devoted over 28 years to leadership and inspiring people to unlock more of their potential without sacrificing their business and personal lives. However, as Caroles career developed, her personal life started to suffer. Carole never had enough time to do the things she wanted to. Carole worked in London for many years and spent over three hours a day commuting. Carole worked long hours and sacrificed my health and relationships in the process. Increasingly she started to think, ‘There has to be more to life than this.’ Going through chemotherapy, Carole thought ‘I can’t die yet, I haven’t fulfilled my potential’. Carole has since devoted over 28 years to studying leadership and human potential. Carole has been fortunate to speak across Europe, America, Asia, and Australia, meeting remarkable people from all over the world who have inspired her along the way.
