Along the way I noticed the same thing everywhere: brilliant people whose delivery did not match the quality of their thinking. This is the gap I close. I coach senior leaders, technical founders and CTOs to speak with clarity and presence in the moments that affect the bottom line, including investor presentations, keynotes, board meetings and company all-hands. My work is built on "the inside-out method", which is rooted in internal awareness rather than surface fixes, so the change actually sticks. Practical, hands on, immediately applicable.
